New Traffic Safety Program to Reduce Excessive Speeding in Baldwin Elementary School Zone The enforcement began on March 11, 2020 starting the 30-day warning period. The warning period will start back on September 8, 2020 as students return to school. Vehicles traveling 11MPH and above will receive warning citations in the mail.
