Learn how to log into PowerSchool

Hello my name is Jessica Little. I'm one of the ESOL teachers here at Baldwin Elementary School. Today I'm going to be showing you how to log into PowerSchool, which has different information for your student such as access scores or other documents. Also, it has testing scores and other information that may be helpful. So to begin, we're going to go to habershamschools.com. When you get to the school's website, you are going to scroll down to the bottom of the screen and going to click on the box that says PowerSchool. Then you will click on the link that says parent/students. If you have never logged into PowerSchool before, you are going to need a valid email address so you will need to contact the school to set up your account and when you contact them you will need to provide them with your email address. Once they have set up your account, you will have a username and password that you will use to login on this screen. You will type in  your username and password and click sign in. Then from here we will see information about the student that you're looking at. This is one of our ESOL teacher's kids so she gave us permission to log into his account look at the data that we need to show everyone today. So over here on the left side you will see grades and attendance. You also see grade history, attendance history. This will show how many absences that your child has, their grade history is going to show their current grades and grades from years past. If you scroll on down to the one that says PS Vault documents and click on it, this is where you can access your students previous access course. So when you get to the screen you will click on the folder drop down and you will select access report 2020 this student does not have any access reports but if you did have her report you would click on it here in this list and then you would click download to see that report. Also on the left inside, you will see one option that says Georgia LDS. You can click on that and it will also give you some helpful information for the student that you're look at. If you click on the performance box this is going to have past testing scores for the student. You will see Georgia Milestone scores you will see absences and these things will be under the assessments tab so you will just scroll down to see that information from previous tests that this student has taken.
